The second Indiana All-Star Exhibition featuring the seniors against the juniors took place tonight at Columbus North HS, and the boys team was able to flip things around. The juniors had a 53-point turnaround in the boys game for a 103-89 win. In the girls game the seniors earned a tight 86-83 win. Here is how Purdue's commits and targets did:
Girls Game:
Dominique McBryde - She did not play for reasons unknown.
Tiara Murphy - Murphy had only four points and three assists in 16 minutes, but only took four shots.
Ae'Rianna Harris - Harris, a commit on the Junior squad as part of the class of 2016, had a rough night with two points on 1 of 9 shooting. She did at least have nine rebounds in 28 minutes.
Boys Game:
Ryan Cline - Be excited, Boiler fans. Ryan Cline can shoot. He led the seniors with an impressive 28 points and was 5 of 12 from three. He finished 8 of 15 from the floor overall and 7 of 9 from the free throw line. For good measure he also added four rebounds and pair of assists.
Joey Brunk - On the Juniors team Brunk played 23 minutes and was rewarded with a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds. Five of his rebounds were on the offensive glass.
Nai Carlisle - Carlisle was part of the "North" team and did not play with the "Core" six players consisting of Brunk, Kyle Guy, C.J. Walker, Eron Gordon, and others. They were teamed with the "South" six for this game.
C.J. Walker - The former Purdue commit had 10 points and 5 assists and was 5 of 8 from the floor.
