No, we have no idea why he was pseudo-suspended. No, we don't expect to ever know. I never thought it was a big deal anyway. It was clear it was something he controlled and needed to do and because of Isaac Haas Purdue would be fine without him.
If anything, I liked the surprising versatility that it gave Purdue. When Purdue played the last two games without Haas it made the Boilers smaller and quicker. It opened things up a little bit and at least showed we do not have to have one of our massive, plodding centers on the floor.
