Purdue at Northwestern: Depth Charts

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Some Notes:

  • The only official move is Herman now also backing up Garcia at the SAM linebacker position instead of Dezwan Polk-Campbell. Bear in mind that Herman has been banged up most of the season.
  • Eddy Wilson was also stated as playing more in the rotation at defensive tackle. He has been a bright spot as a true freshman.
  • We should take note of some players that inexplicably haven't gotten a second look this year at all. Shane Mikesky is a senior that has done well in garbage time and he gets separation, but doesn't play much, Keyante Green apparently crapped in Hazell's cereal and has been banished to the land of wind and ghosts even though he is a 4-star recruit. Corey Clements and his massive frame were barely used in his two JuCo years. Dan Monteroso has also been buried. Polk-Campbell, Matt Burke, Keith Byars II, and Trae Hart are sophomores that have been tossed aside.
