Notes:
- Technically, there are no changes on this week's depth chart.
- That said, it would once again be a surprise to see Domonique Young play after the concussion he had against Bowling Green. He could be out for awhile.
- Because of D.J. Knox's sore back Markell Jones got the start against Michigan State, played the majority of the game, and ran for over 150 yards and two scores. Knox has done very little since going over 100 yards in the season opener. He has just 62 yards total in the last three games after gaining 193 in the first two.
- Still no word on when or if Jimmy Herman will return.
- Paul Griggs is still the kicker. Had Purdue gained another 15 yards or so on Saturday it would have been interesting to see if he would have gone out for a game-tying field goal. Yes, he has struggled this year, but he did hit from 53 yards last season.
- Jarrett Burgess is nowhere on the depth chart, but the 25-year-old freshman has been playing a few snaps per game. He was open on a long pass that David Blough overthrew on Saturday.
