Nothing good could possibly come out of the Coach Hazell post-game press conference after that clunker of a football game. The only thing I was looking for was an update on why Ja'Whaun Bentley didn't play and how long he would be out. The answers may not surprise you.
Bentley of course tore his ACL during practice last week and will more than likely be out for the remainder of the season. Purdue just lost their defensive captain and leader not to mention their best linebacker.

This is why Purdue can't have nice things. I don't know what it is with Minnesota and Purdue ACL tears but there's a connection there that goes deeper than many of us would like to think. If I look into the issue deeper I'm assuming that roughly 10 years ago a Purdue fan stole something from a witch who happened to be a Minnesota fan. I can only assume that a curse ensued.
