The only major change was the addition of a third string running back in redshirt freshman Keyante Green. Green gained 71 yards on only two fourth quarter drives and seemed to thrive between the tackles where Hunt and Mostert have struggled.
Also, last week was the first significant action for David Hedelin and Corey Clements. Clements mostly played when Green was out there and the 400 pounder was able to get quite a push for the freshman. If anything, Clements presents a huge challenge for a defensive line to move him out of the way.
The emergence of Hedelin and Clements likely allows coach Hazell to save the redshirt of Barron since Cameron Cermin can slide inside and play center if needed. Cermin has played well enough at left tackle though.
