2014 Selection Sunday Open Thread

Purdue is not taking part in selection Sunday, but it does not mean we can't discuss it.

The 2014 NCAA Tournament is here and not only is Purdue not taking part, the state of Indiana will very likely have no teams in the field. Indiana State is the only school with even the most remote of at large chances, while IPFW came within a basket of getting the Summit League auto-bid.

There will once again be a Hammer & Rails bracket Challenge through ESPN with the ultimate prize being a free shirt from the GameDay Depot store. The group can be found here.

Of course, consider this the Open Thread for today's Michigan-Michigan State championship game in Indianapolis.
