Purdue faces a must-win in Happy Valley today.

Matthew O'Haren-USA TODAY Sports

Purdue won't make the NCAA Tournament with a victory today in Happy Valley, but a loss will almost certainly end any realistic chance they would have aside from a four-day hot streak in Indianapolis.I am not saying the chances are dead, but they have called in a priest to administer the last rights, and that priest might be in the form of Tim Frazier euthanizing our chances.

At least we know one Purdue player will win a Super Bowl ring later today. Either Shaun Phillips or Cliff Avril will win their first Super Bowl championship, so something good can happen for the football team, at least.
