Victory has been elusive for us in the Crossroads Classic, but one can come today. It would also be a great benefit to Purdue's NCAA Tournament profile, as it would provide a third quality non-conference victory. Purdue has not beaten the Irish in almost 50 years, and after losing seven straight to them to end the football series it is high time to end that run.
