We are LIVE tonight in Mackey Arena as basketball SID Chris Forman was kind enough to hook me up with a press pass. This is the first of four games where I will be sitting on press row, as I will be at Maryland, Michigan, and Indiana as well.

This should be a very good matchup tonight between a pair of teams on the fringe of the NCAA Tournament. In the latest bracketology NC State is in, while Purdue is listed as the first team out. Fortunately, there is a long way to go there and if Purdue can get this game it will add a third decent win already on the season.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy some later basketball due to the 9pm tipoff. We're fully into basketball mode now here at the site, so there is no more ugly football to get in our way. Time To Play Hard.
