Purdue needs offensive line help in the worst way, and it got some help Sunday morning. Offensive tackle Bearooz Yacoobi, a 6'5" 260 pound tackle from Dearborn, Michigan, switched his commitment this morning from Northern Illinois to Purdue.
One down. Purdue has landed 2014 OT Bearooz Yacoobi. Was committed to Northern Illinois.

Yacoobi is a 2-star commit according to Rivals, not rated on ESPN, and a three-star according to Scout, so he is all over the place. He committed on the same weekend that Purdue hosted a pair of junior college offensive tackles, so Purdue could get more immediate help coming.
What is more interesting is that Purdue is now technically over the 85 scholarship limit, leading me to believe that SOMEONE is leaving, possibly multiple someones if there are more commitments coming. My money is on Taylor Richards, who is up in the air after his DUI.
