2014 Purdue Basketball Recruiting: The New Rivals 150

Dakota Mathias is considered to be one of the top college basketball prospects in the country.

The New Rivals 150 has come out and Purdue's lone commit as well as its top targets have made a move:

Dakota Mathias - Purdue's lone commitment so far for the class of 2014 is still considered one of the best 150 players in the nation. He rates at No. 141 and is a three-star prospect.

Trey Lyles - Lyles is the highest rated player in the state at No. 8 overall. He has not been offered by Purdue, however.

James Blackmon Jr. - Blackmon, who recently opened up his commitment from Indiana, is Purdue's highest rated target at No. 23. He is the final five-star player on the list.

Paul White - The 6'8" power forward from Chicago holds a Purdue offer along with pretty much the rest of the Big Ten. He is No. 54 on the top 150 list, but I don't think Purdue has a strong chance here.

J.P. Macura - Macura recently visited Purdue and the guard seems to be strongly considering the Boilermakers. He is No. 104 on the list and is one of the last 4-star prospects according to Rivals.

Reid Travis - Travis is also a four-star forward at 6'7" and he checks in at No. 40 on the list. He has already visited Notre Dame and Gonzaga and the hometown Gophers are interested.

Jabari Craig - Craig is at No. 144 as Purdue's top center prospect, but I am much higher on Steve McElevene, who is not on the 150 list yet.

Vince Edwards - Edwards continues to slide, as he is down to No. 122 and is only a three-star prospect.
