Boilermakings Has Signing Day Covered

It is National Signing Day and we have the news covered for all 22 expected commitments. I don't expect any surprise last minute grabs because with 22 guys, the class is very full. There are currently 21 players with one year of eligibility left on the roster (not counting the suspended O.J. Ross, who is currently off the roster), 15 listed as having two years (with Landon Feichter as a walk-on who may earn a scholarship), 10 with three years left (Not counting Dolapo Macarthy, who is currently a walk-on and may earn a scholarship, and 17 more with four years left coming out of redshirt. That's 63 players committed on scholarship, leaving 22 open spots.

So anyone else would be an oversign, and there would not be room to place Macarthy or Feichter on scholarship unless someone else left.

Anyway, there will be some updates throughout the day. Thomas Chapman, the new recruiting guru here, will monitor the situation and update throughout the day.
