TE Kyle Adams (Buccaneers) - The Bucs signed Kyle Adams on November 27. He was the No. 2 tight end in Sunday's game.

DE Cliff Avril @cliffavril (Seahawks) - Avril sacked fellow Boilermaker Drew Brees on Monday Night's dud of a showdown. He also forced a fumble on the hit, a ball that was returned by the Seahawks for a touchdown. That's 5.5 sacks in six weeks.

QB Drew Brees @drewbrees (Saints) - What was billed as a battle between two of the best teams in the NFL ended with Brees and the Saints getting trounced 34-7. Brees went for 147 yards and a touchdown before being pulled late in the game. He has the second most votes in the NFL's Pro Bowl voting, behind Peyton Manning. He's the only Boilermaker in the top two at their respective position.

C Nick Hardwick @hardwina (Chargers) - The Chargers lost Sunday to the Bengals and although Hardwick played, he's still battling a bit of a neck injury. He sat out practice today but intends to play this week.

TE Dustin Keller @DUSTINKELLER81 (Dolphins) - Injured Reserve

OT Dennis Kelly @DennisKelly67 (Eagles) - Kelly was a healthy inactive this weekend.

OLB Ryan Kerrigan @RyanKerrigan91 (Redskins) - Kerrigan's been on a sacks dry spell, and I'd say maybe it was his No Shave November mustache, but he extended that streak to five straight weeks without a sack on December 1. He had 4 tackles in the Redskins loss to the Giants.

LB Mike Neal @mneal96 (Packers) - Neal looked to struggle in space on Thanksgiving Day and doesn't seem to have grasped the linebacker spot yet, losing containment and biting hard on fakes. He had three tackles on the day but still seems trapped in the d-linemen mentality of one objective, get to the quarterback.

Here's a good article from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on the physical changes Neal had to undergo to slip into his linebacker spot.

DE Rob Ninkovich (Patriots) - Ninkovich had four tackles and hit Case Keenum twice, but wasn't able to bring him down. His biggest play was pressure on 4th and 13 for the Texans, giving the Pats a chance to run the clock out with under two minutes left in the game. He played all 59 defensive snaps.

G Uche Nwaneri @Chuckwu77 (Jaguars) - Nwaneri played his 100th game with the Jags, and don't look now but they've won three of their last four games.
