Purdue At West Virginia GameThread

A critical game for Purdue's NCAA Tournament chances happens today at West Virginia.

USA TODAY Sports

It may be an NFL Sunday for most people, but we're Boilermakers and basketball fans. Purdue basketball is our focus for the next two hours as the Boilers face a critical game for their 2014 NCAA Tournament hopes. A win doesn't lock up a berth and a loss doesn't end a chance at one, but it would sure make things easier going into the Big Ten season knowing that 10-8 might be enough instead of knowing 11-7 would be the minimum needed.

So, let's get it done. After today the games count for even more, so a road win over a top 100 win would be nice.

Projected Starters

Purdue Boilermakers (9-3)

West Virginia Mountaineers (7-4)
