Wesley Hitt

TE Kyle Adams (Buccaneers) - Adams didn't record a reception Sunday, but quarterback Mike Glennon completed only nine passes all game. He still sits at second on the depth chart.

DE Cliff Avril @cliffavril (Seahawks) - For the first time in six weeks, Avril went sackless. He had two tackles, including one for a loss, in the Seahawks loss to the 49ers. His snap numbers are down compared to his time in Detroit, but he's making the most of those snaps, leading the team with 7.5 sacks despite a defensive line rotation that sees him only play about 50% of the time.

QB Drew Brees @drewbrees (Saints) - The Saints got back on track by dismantling the Panthers on Sunday Night Football, a game which saw Brees hit a major milestone. Brees went for 313 yards and four touchdowns, putting him in the 50,000-yard club. He joins Brett Favre, Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, and John Elway as the fifth member of the club.

Prior to Sunday, Peyton Manning was the quickest to reach the 50k mark in just 191 games. After Sunday? Brees in 183.

C Nick Hardwick @hardwina (Chargers) - Hardwick could be seen icing his neck in between possessions Sunday, an injury that has been bothering him for the last few weeks. He didn't finish out the Chargers 37-14 blowout of the Giants, but after being held out of practice Monday he was back at it today.

TE Dustin Keller @DUSTINKELLER81 (Dolphins) - Injured Reserve

OT Dennis Kelly @DennisKelly67 (Eagles) - Kelly was a healthy inactive this weekend.

OLB Ryan Kerrigan @RyanKerrigan91 (Redskins) - Kerrigan led the team with eight tackles, including three for a loss, but his sack dry spell is starting to make high school me feel bad for him. The Redskins just keep losing and have a shot at the number one pick in next year's draft...ha just kidding! Enjoy their pick, Rams.

LB Mike Neal @mneal96 (Packers) - Neal only had a brief contribution to the box score Sunday, but it was a big one. Early in the fourth, Neal's sack forced Falcons' quarterback Matt Ryan to fumble the ball and the Packers took over deep in Atlanta territory. Four plays later, the Packers scored what would be the winning touchdown.

DE Rob Ninkovich (Patriots) - Ninkovich had seven tackles (2 TFL) and a sack in the Patriots' wild come from behind victory over the Browns. It was Ninkovich's day at Gillette, where he graced both the media guide and tickets.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Photo: DE Rob Ninkovich on cover of GameDay magazine sold at Gillette Stadium today. <a href="http://t.co/ihYKwKaR4q">pic.twitter.com/ihYKwKaR4q</a></p>&mdash; Mike Reiss (@MikeReiss) <a href="https://twitter.com/MikeReiss/statuses/409687665185796098">December 8, 2013</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

G Uche Nwaneri @Chuckwu77 (Jaguars) - The Jags are the hottest team in the AFC right now, coming off a third straight win. It was their first win at home in over a year.

QB Kyle Orton (Cowboys) - The Legend returned last night.

Orton saw the field for the Cowboys' final drive of the night thanks to a poor performance by the first teamers. Unfortunately Orton didn't have quite enough time to lead the Cowboys back from down 24 points, but he did go 3 for 5 for 40 yards on a drive that ended with a Joseph Randle touchdown run.

T Michael Otto @amishwizard66 (Titans) - The Titans signed tight end Visanthe Shiancoe this past week, so Otto didn't see any time as an emergency tight end.

QB Curtis Painter (Giants) - No action this past week.

DE Shaun Phillips @ShaunPhillips95 (Broncos) - Phillips didn't make a box score appearance this week.

DB Bernard Pollard @Crushboy31 (Titans) - Pollard had seven tackles and knocked down three Peyton Manning passes, but in the end Peyton Manning always gets his way and the Broncos won 51-28.

HB Kory Sheets @Sheets24K (Saskatchewan Roughriders) - Possibly a return to Indiana for Kory Sheets?

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Colts will reportedly work out Grey Cup MVP Kory Sheets <a href="http://t.co/gbNPe7e1Ql">http://t.co/gbNPe7e1Ql</a></p>&mdash; NFL: AroundTheLeague (@NFL_ATL) <a href="https://twitter.com/NFL_ATL/statuses/410519214818983937">December 10, 2013</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

DT Kawann Short @kk_mr93 (Panthers) - Short had one tackle and managed to knock down Brees one time in the Panthers' loss. Short has had himself a great rookie campaign but finds himself overshadowed at times by fellow teammate and rookie defensive tackle Star Lotulelei. According to Pro Football Focus, Lotulelei sits fifth in the Rookie of the Year race, while Short finds himself at the tenth spot.

DE Anthony Spencer (Cowboys) - Injured Reserve
