Terone Johnson could be in for a career milestone tonight. With just 24 points (or 48 trips to the free throw line) the senior can become the next 1,000 point scorer in Purdue basketball history. If he doesn't get it tonight he will very likely get it this weekend when Purdue hosts Siena.
This could potentially be a tricky game. Eastern Illinois pushed Northwestern int he season opener before losing 72-55. they also have a comfortable win over Illinois-Chicago 86-66 this past weekend, where Kelsey Barlow had 12 points and seven assists.
