Penn State At Purdue: The Back to .500 GameThread

Purdue looks to even its Big Ten and overall record by hosting a struggling Penn State team.

Brian Spurlock-US PRESSWIRE

As I said in the preview, Purdue likely needs this game if it wants to play in any postseason tournament. I know the NIT is far from glorious, but it additional basketball and a chance for this team to continue growing together for a few more games. That could be invaluable for the future.

I am not in attendance at this one, so I should be able to step in and comment a few times. I expect A.J. Hammons to have a big game because honestly, Penn State has no one to match up with him.
