Notable changes this week: I elevated BYU to a more appropriate spot. The creamy middle stays mostly the same. I'll give USC for coming across the country and gutting one out at USC, thus moving them up in my eyes. Houston makes a well-deserved debut for smaking around Oklahoma State, one of the preseason's best teams. Comments and critiques?
