Last week's ballot |
Dropped Out: Auburn (#18), Missouri (#19), Wisconsin (#20), Mississippi (#24), Stanford (#25).
I know this week's entry is pretty numb, but aside from Arkansas over Auburn there weren't any real upsets. If anything, Florida cemented itself at number 1 with a very impressive win at LSU. It is hard to move some teams up or down because no one in front of them is losing. I really like Oregon, as they seem to be getting better every week. Central Michigan gets a respectful nod at #25 this week. They continue to really impress me. Conspicuously absent is Notre Dame, but if they beat USC I will rank them. If Iowa gets past Wisconsin next week I will move them ahead of the one-loss teams, as they will basically have a one game season (at Ohio State) for an unbeaten record.
