I'm sure some of you may have already seen this article, but I read it this morning and thought it was interesting. Rapheal was one of those guys that I really hoped would make a big leap in the off season and be a real leader on the team, but unfortunately, he's been more of a silent role player this season. I do like his attitude, though, and it really seems like he's a team player who is actually trying to do what the coaches are telling him. Hopefully he can pull it all together and maybe become a little more vocal and assertive. He is a pretty soft spoken guy, but I like what he usually has to say and feel like he isn't just saying it because its what he knows everyone wants to hear.
