Marilyn Indahl-USA TODAY Sports

Isaac Haas continues to be a triple-double machine while Dakota Mathias and Vince Edwards also had big games.

This past weekend was another good one for the four incoming Purdue basketball recruits. Isaac Haas and Vince Edwards both had dominant weekends for their respective teams. Even though the current crop of player is struggling on the court the incoming recruits are having great years.

Dakota Mathias - G - Elida HS, Elida, OH - Elida moved to 7-2 after a 68-54 road victory over Toledo Woodward. Mathias had an impressive 34 points in the win as Elida cruised. Unfortunately, there was only a very small capsule in the Toledo paper.

Vince Edwards - F - Middletown HS, Franklin, OH - On Friday night Middletown improved to 7-3 with a 71-62 victory over Mason. Edwards had another huge game of 41 points and 14 rebounds in the victory:

Edwards scored 41 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to help extend the Middles' win streak to four games and improve to a perfect 5-0 in the Greater Miami Conference and 6-2 overall. Edwards scored the team's first seven points and 28 of the team's 38 points at halftime.

Jacquil Taylor - F - Cambridge, MA, Beaver Country Day School - Taylor's team does not play again until Wednesday night at Lexington Christian Academy.
