Purdue or IU to join Western Division for Football

According to ESPN, the battle between M$U, IU, and Purdue has dwindled down to just Purdue vs IU to see who has to move out West. This is a crucial decision/move for the future success of the Purdue program. By moving out West, Purdue would not face O$U, Michigan, Penn State or M$U until the B1G championship game in order to go to the Rose Bowl. If I'm Morgan Burke, I use IU's large east coast enrollment and Purdue's stronger football history as leverage to get us into what appears to be a much weaker Western division. With Nebraska not being the dominant force they were in the 90's and Wisconsin in the midst of a coaching change, this could significantly help the revival of the Purdue Football Program w Hazell.
