Purdue is 3-0 vs. Nebraska since they joined the Big Ten and the only team to play them in the Big Ten Tournament ever.
Since the Cornhuskers joined the Big Ten Purdue has not lost to Nebraska. They are 3-0, winning all three games by comfortable margins. Nebraska has also never won a Big Ten Tournament game, going 0-1 last year with a loss to our own Boilers.
So, we're in the same situation in a different location as they face each other in Chicago. Purdue needs a win to have a chance at the NIT and, if a miracle run happens, the NCAAs. Nebraska's season is over with a loss. It's already been an exciting day with Illinois' heroics against Illinois and a solid Penn State-Michigan game. Let's keep the party rolling.
