Villanova is investigating whether newly hired assistant coach Doug Martin not only was a four-year letter winner and senior year captain of the UW-Green Bay Phoenix but also whether he ever attended the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay. There is no record of the guy ever at UW-Green Bay. But wait. It gets better. From where did Jay Wright hire the guy from? He coached at Paul VI High School in Fairfax, Virginia, where he also said he had attended UW-Green Bay. Not only that, he coached in the Team Takeover AAU program in Metro D.C.. Now let's put our thinking caps on. What other guy do we know coached at both Paul IV High School and Team Takeover who was recently hired by a major college basketball program? That's right, folks. Kenny Johnson and IU. Supposedly a very smart guy. Was he bamboozled too????

It is simply amazing the carelessness some college coaches will do to get a guy to help you recruit.
