what i am wondering is where the money for football is going. In the USA today, Purdue football is said to make 6 million dollars a year in revenue. The basketball program is also makes and spends its own money, not being supported the school or donations. The rest of Purdue athletics(ex: golf, swimming, tennis, etc.) loses money every year and has to be supported by the athletic department and donations. This still leaves the football program with 6 million dollars a year to spend. How do we not have lights??
