Robbie Hummel is going Keyser Soze, and we are all just witnesses. Can he keep it up? Regardless of what happens in the next hour, there is no question he deserves to go out this way.

Keep shooting, Rob. It's not time to get out the golf drivers and golf clubs.

The Purdue Boilermakers surprised the Kansas Jayhawks with an early double-digit lead thanks to Robbie Hummel, but Kansas is now showing why they earned a No. 2 seed in the 2012 NCAA Tournament's Midwest region. After Purdue led by 11 19-8 the Jayhawks came back to get within one, but Purdue leads 36-30 at the half.

Hummel has been on fire, hitting 7 of 8 from the floor including five three-pointers for 22 points so far. Hummel, playing in his first NCAA Tournament since 2009, hit a huge 25-foot triple as the shot clock wound down to put Purdue ahead by six at the half.

Travis Releford has eight for Kansas, who has stayed in the game thanks to 10 offensive rebounds.
