Scott sets Scoring Record,Davis crashes IU's Party wins MVP
Bryson Scott is now Northrop's all time scoring leader he need 24 points and scored 27 as his team lost for the second time this year,http://www.journalgazette.net/article/20120204/SPORTS05/302049966/1008/SPORTS
Hammons and Oakhill continue winninghttp://www2.tricities.com/list/oak-hill-vs-west-oaks-at-the-bearcat-den/gallery/
Stephens winshttp://basketball.dailyherald.com/story/?id=431285
Ronnie being Ronnie score 17 in a easy win 68-48 T.H. North
Basil and Lawrence North lost to Carmel 55-39 ,What a terrible choice the Smothermans made in choosing LN. Basil scored only 4. As LN again played all 15 players. I for one hope he plays some where else for his senior year. Read any scouting report on him he is a pure athlete.
Rapheal Davis scored 23 points and won the Mvp in Indy today at IU's recruit showcase . The IU fans booed him causing him to smile ear to ear. We are going to love him.

thanks old boiler
Was thinking you got a job or something and had less time for our recruits. I for one love reading about them. Who do u think is our next big target?

No Job
I have several vacant so I have been helping to refurb. I think D. Thompson from Florida but was told Painter is going after a big name recruit from Chicago for 2013 but can’t find anything to back it up the person who told me should know. But he was very vague about it.
Old Boiler.
Would the 2013 recruit you are referring to be Tommie Hamilton?

That would be awesome, but I think it might be Foster.
Who knows, maybe he is really going after… JABARI PARKER!
oh wow
i’d buy season tickets….and I live in Bloomington!

I cannot wait for this guy to get here. He just seems to have that basketball swagger.
Also, what a bunch of worthless sacks, those IU fans.

Purdue fans were screaming racial slurs at Hanner Perea two weeks ago in Indy
-Contributing Writer at The Crimson Quarry.
No
Purdue fans are always perfectly behaved, they never shout things at opposing teams players, and their coach never confronts opposing players during games.
I respect most Purdue fans because they generally know the game and are about doing things the right way, but I get tired of the trolls that act like Purdue doesn’t have just as many moronic fans as any other school. They want to hop on other schools for being vulgar, but they say 1-2-3-4 first down b!*$# during football games, they chant IU Sucks even when they aren’t playing the Hoosiers, and they point to IU fans as living in the past with our titles while rubbing the overall record down our throats. Purdue owned IU before 1951. If you were born after that and are over the age of 3, IU has a winning record against Purdue in your lifetime.
This is all pointless, because the chances of someone to look objectively at what I said and respond are very slim, but it is kind of silly when anyone from Purdue calls IU white trash. That would be like Snooki from Jersey Shore calling Kate Middleton a whore. Or like Bobby Knight calling someone out for swearing. I’m going to enjoy this win because they are extremely tough to come by in Mackey, I hope you continue to Boiler Up (whatever the heck that means) and we will see you in Bloomington. It should be another good game, as I can’t imagine Hummel plays that poorly again.
GET TO THE CHOPPA!!!
that's disappointing to hear
some people are pieces of shit. and some of those pieces of shit root for IU, others root for Purdue. your favorite college team has no bearing on whether you’re a good person or not. it’d be foolish to argue otherwise.

You sure they were basketball fans and not just Indiana White Trash?
Doesn’t make sense for ANY basketball fan to scream racial slurs when their team likely has players from the same race or ethnic background they are supporting.
don't see how it is doubtful
it appears that I heard wrong from John and TMill who the culprits were, but still don’t see how an agriculture school (read incredibly conservative base) wouldn’t have racists in its fan base.

Yes, Purdue has a very good ag school
but most redneck non-edumacated farmers in this state are in IU’s fan base.
Exactly!!!
Most of the “farmers” that are majoring in Ag Econ seem to be running the large operations or entering sales… hardly the racist hillbillies that AJ is making them out to be.
yeah because that's what I was doing
making a broad assessment that all farmers (see: nearly JustAJ’s entire extended family) are racist hillbillies. You spend more time putting words into my mouth than you do actually discussing anything Purdue.
Most of the farmers in Ag school at Purdue are there to come home and run their family farms and operations or do as you stated sales. There aren’t nearly enough large operation jobs to go around to justify the number of ag degrees that go through Purdue. That would be like saying every IU business student is going to IU to enter sales or be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

I never said anything about it
The first I heard of anything remotely like it was here
A futile crusade to prevent mass ignorance

ah well John then
one of you said something about the racist sitting behind you.
-Contributing Writer at The Crimson Quarry.
i thought they said it was an IU fan.
Someone had said it was Purdue tana, but they argued that the only racial slurs they heard at the game came from IU fans. It was in a fan post earlier.

they did say it was an IU fan
I was the one that incorrectly stated it was a Purdue fan. I either didn’t hear/read John correctly, or I heard/read only what I wanted to hear. Either way, it was definitely my screw up.

Same thing happened to Bryson last year
Last year at columbia city, CC fans were yelling racial slurs at Bryson and Brenton, now I have no idea of their college team affiliation, but the point is there are still people out there that will do this, regardless of what team they cheer for, it’s beyond unacceptable
