per Rivals, Leroy Clark commited today.
He is a 4 Star per ESPN. Here is his write up:
Clark might not possess ideal size, but he makes a ton of plays in all three phases of the game. He is a Jock Sanders/Tavon Austin type on offense with huge upside as a cover corner and return specialist. He is lean and sleek and possesses tremendous feet. He is extremely quick, wiry and just a nightmare in space for opposing defenses. He is a very smooth, quick-footed athlete who can jump-cut and stop-start with the best of them. He has loose hips and is very elusive in the open field. He's a fast-twitched athlete who reaches top speed very quickly but can cut on a dime and freeze defenders in their tracks. His body control, balance and vision are outstanding. Not just a jitterbug, Clark runs decisively when needed and loses very little in transition cutting laterally. Durability is a concern, but he is very difficult to get a clean shot on with his low center of gravity and ability to cut, change direction and sidestep defenders sharply. He gets up the seam quickly when employed in the slot and is very difficult to mirror of the line. He flashes a good extra gear and top-end speed in the second level. While he consistently breaks initial contact with deceptive lower-body strength and great burst through traffic, his ability to earn good yards after the catch at the next level and remain productive as an inline runner are concerns. He shows great concentration as a pass catcher and soft hands, but will need polish as a route runner if employed fulltime in the slot at the next level. He needs to continue filling out leaner frame and improve upper-body strength. Defensively, Clark is an instinctive player who is not technically sound, but wonderfully gifted. He can take chances and makes plays because he is superior athletically. His Feet, hips, turns and his ability to recover and accelerate are excellent and he is a playmaker when the ball is in the air. He is a field position changer in the return game who can take it to the house every time he touches the football. Clark is a special athlete with football instincts and a knack for the ball. He has a feel for the game and is exciting to watch. He is a top flight BCS caliber prospect
