Purdue looks to keep its Cannon at last place Illinois
T-Mill is on the road today. Since I am an addict for Purdue football and Champaign is less than 90 minutes from Indianapolis this is always a very easy road game to go to. This will mark my fifth trip to Champaign, tying them on the list for my most visit Big Ten road venue with Indiana. In fact, I haven't missed a game at Indiana or Illinois since 1999.
This should be a win for the Boilermakers as well. As I said numerous times in Thursday's preview, the Fighting Illini offense is pretty awful with a porous offensive line that gives up a ton of sacks and they have very little running game.
So let's try to relax and enjoy this one. I have a feeling we're going to be in for quite a fight next week for the Bucket, especially if IU can ruin our season by denying us a bowl game personally.
