We are half way through our polling on the B1G Social Network from a Purdue point of view.  Thanks again to everyone who has voted.  We have completed our thoughts on Penn State, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio State and Nebraska.  So, next up is the only Private school in the B1G, the Northwestern Wildcats.  When I grew up, Northwestern was horrible in both basketball and football, or at least that is how I saw them.  I expected us to beat them every year in all sports.  But it seems that is not the case anymore.  The football program has improved, and the basketball program is very close to making the NCAA (they made it pretty far in the NIT this past year). 

So, we will continue our journey to Evanston, Illinois.  What do you think of Northwestern?
