So I met and chatted with #74 Connor Snapp on Friday
Wow, Yesterday was Friday... seems like it's been longer than just one day...
Anyway, Connor is in my ME 200 (Thermodynamics) class right now and we chatted for a bit, complaining about the Thermo exam we just took, classes, and the football team, of course.
Basically, what I took from that conversation was that the new strength and conditioning coaches have already had a big impact on him individually. Connor says they've been doing workouts that he's never heard of, but he already feels like he's faster and more agile than before.
Also, Connor said that the new coaches are doing a lot of exercises that will help reduce the likelihood of injury, which to us fans, is great news. It sounds like that new guy from the 49ers has already had a very noticeable and positive impact on the program.

Good news
Glad to hear. Thanks for the update. Haven’t heard much on how the new coaches are impacting the program other than what Coach Hope has said, so this is good to hear from a players perspective.
Dosvidaniya, bitches! BTFU!
Understatement of the year? Or last two years?
