What a great time to be a Purdue BBall fan
The news just keeps getting better and better. First, we have two of our guys get drafted with one being a first round pick for the same team! That is a good story no matter who you are.
Then Molock decommits. Don't get me wrong... I will ALWAYS root for him. He showed our program loyalty at a very early age and had it not been for an unfortunate knee injury I think he could have been a hell of a player for us, but at our level of play we can't afford to hope he would be 100% and got RJ. Now we get a chance to add a guy who fits into that 2012 class a little bit better.
The real kicker is... if we add someone like a Harris, Hammons, or McGary we will be a top 3 class. Then all this talk we have been forced to endure from IU fans about their precious 2012 recruiting class will be nothing more than verbal toilet paper.
Boiler up!

Lets just hope that this translates to FF's and NC's.
That way we’re not way too into recruiting like that school down south.
Definitely an exciting time.
Here’s my dream, and I believe we are early stages already. I want Purdue to reach the national level of MSU. If our programs are perceived as comparable, much like NC and Duke, that would be fantastic. We have the coach and we are beginning to establish a consistent talent pipeline to accomplish this goal. Our time is coming, very soon.

Hard to not be excited.
Purdue basketball is growing into a national power. Purdue has top recruiting classes for 2012 and 2013 and will only go up if we can land Harris, Hammons, or McGary for ‘12. As excited as I am for the upcoming season, I can’t wait for the 2012 class to get on campus.
