I posted back in February about the opportunity to vote for Purdue as a new license plate design in Texas. Well, the voting period is long gone now, and tonight at 8 pm, myplates.com will officially be taking orders for Purdue plates. What would you say with 6 characters on a Texas plate that looked like this? Options include letters, numbers, a heart, and the shape of Texas.

Special thanks to my dad for putting up with my prodding over the years to get this done, and then doing all the leg work to push it through. It's taken a few years, and now it's done!

Incidentally, I just registered my vehicle in Indiana earlier this month. Oh well... At least my family in Texas and the rest of the Boiler faithful in Texas can benefit from this. Enjoy!
