As an exiting senior, I feel as though it is my duty to leave a lasting impression on not only this blog, but the school at large.  Many of our readers are current students at our esteemed University, and it would be great if we could get together a few times before this semester is over to establish a Hammer and Rails student presence for years to come.  After talking with Benjabad and MNBoiler at Harry's Chocolate Shop this afternoon during our Matt Painter celebration, we decided this needed to happen.

There will be a Facebook group that will connect current student HnR readers and will post events that we can all meet at, whether they're bar crawls or pick-up games of basketball or football.  There is a lot of potential behind this idea, and it will be what we make of it.  If you are interested, please post in this thread and let me know, as well as sending me a Facebook message.  You can find me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/walker20 or twitter as @Jordan_Legend.  Look forward to meeting other students that read this great blog!
