Hammons wins MVP

AJ Hammons won the MVP at 2011 Hoopsfest. He completely dominated this game Aget the 7 footer for Lalumiere was no match and Perea the IU recruit had his shot blocked several times.I dont know the final stats but he seamed to block every shot if he didnt block it he altered it the two guys calling the game had a pure mancrush on him he rebounded he scored and ran the floor.Oak hill won the game 77 to 59.Simpson looked really good playing the three had a few long range jumpers to fall set some nice screens and had some great passes.Davis didnt play or do much acording to his coach he should have been in bed " he had it coming out of both ends"nice visual there but Lalumiere clearly missed his scoring.Tom Crean was at the game I am sure he was impressed with Hammons and a little worried about the next few years. If this kid stays with us for more than two years I will be shocked he at least on this night looked NBA ready. All ten players that started this game have Div.1 scholarships to top programs. For those whom think his numbers are low consider that they blow everyone out he does not play much Oakhill has six players scoring double figures. In my eyes if he was at Purdue this year he would be a dominate player and top 5 center in the B1G confrence. He looked that good.I may be getting a little crush myself.
