Where is Logan Link?

Not having the ability to cover the middle w/ LB's and having safety coverage spotty at best with Charlot, where is Logan Link? Wasn't he leading the team in tackles last year? Hardly any snaps this year. Anyone know the scoop with him? Also, Plue is a no show this year. Why is he in Hope's doghouse? It seems players who were somewhat successful in the past aren't seeing the field this year? Change of philosophy? The Marve/Smith tweets don't invite confidence..
