Nazism and Communism are both horrrible...

but Hitler did invade the Soviet Union in ‘41, which started the conflict on the “Eastern Front” which was one of the most deadly conflicts in history. So I’ think the image works.. just my opinion.

I am in now way saying that Iowa supports or represents the views of Nazism though.

haha... they did invade... but

I think we all know how the war ended. Thus, Iowa will be split into East and West, with Purdue controlling the East and the rest of the Big Ten controlling the West.

good point… but I did watch a History Channel special where many of the East Germany citizens actually preferred living in the times of the split. When I say many I mean they took a 2006 poll, and 68% of the citizens* would rather be East Germany.

*citizens 60 years of age or older.

Ames is located near the geographic center of Iowa. I wouldn’t recommend fighting over Ames, however. You won’t be pleased with the hubris of their fanbase.
