Problems from the U?

Allegations that Nevin Shapiro gave money to players from the U, including Robert Marve. Granted the source is currently in prison essentially for lying to people, but it's troublesome nonetheless. I thought Mrs. T-Mill ran a tighter ship than this.

I wouldn't be surprised either

except that this smells like someone who is in essence desperate for money. Never mind that he can’t keep any of the direct proceeds, it still cuts down on what he owes. And besides, I’m supposed to believe that Marve walked away from ths to come to Purdue? I’m not buying it.
