2010 Expectations for Purdue Football
I thought I would stop buy and ask for the perspective of some Boilermaker fans about the expectations for their 2010 squad, and also offer my own here.
Obviously the talent at defensive line is back, which it always seems to be, but what are your major concerns? How badly will you beat Notre Dame?(I'm going to be in Vegas watching that game with a Purdue Alum that I'm friends with and we'd like to win some $$$$$)
What is your best and worst case for wins and losses? Feel free to take a look, and leave feedback at my most recent post at Inside The Shoe.

expectations?
First off, I’m a real Purdue fan, and we don’t expect to lose ANY game. Best case scenario, we win the national championship. Worst case: we lose every game and Hope gets assassinated. That being said, how do you feel about your team? :)
I am thinking 8 wins isn't a stretch.
We can compete with everyone and the schedule (no Penn State or Iowa) is pretty cushy in the Big Ten.
A futile crusade to prevent mass ignorance

Thanks for a real answer.
Close. It only counts in Horseshoes, hand grenades and Penn State football.

Beatdowns: Western Illinois; Ball State; Toledo; Minnesota; @ Illinois; IU
Competitive Wins: @ ND; Michigan
Tossups: @ NW; @ MSU
Competitive Losses: @OSU; Wisconsin
We’re not really overmatched by any team there, and that puts us at 9-3, 5-3 which is where we should be against that slate. That puts us bowling in Cap One, Outback, or Gator, and any season that results in a FL bowl is good as far as Purdue fans are concerned.
"Hey Jay, what time is it?"
"9:30"
"AND IU STILL SUCKS!"
I think he made Jay and Silent Bob.
