Really? Alabama is replacing 9 starters on defense. Texas is replacing Colt McCoy and Jordan Shipley. Florida is replacing the Tebow child.
I mean, you might get accused of blatant homerism to put OSU at the top, or delusional to put Boise at the top, but given what they’re returning, I’d say they have a better chance of finishing 1-2 than any combination of the teams you put 1-2-3.

This completely speculative ordering of teams that have yet to play a single down is quite flawed. My pure conjecture based upon various factors that have not been demonstrated in a game situation is obviously superior to this pure conjecture that based upon various factors that have not been demonstrated in a game situation.
Only someone with absolutely no insight as to how highly-complex future events will unfold in complete certainty could be so foolish as to compile such a list.

Just saying, it's pretty pointless to debate preseason rankings
You put your ideas up here and they’re as good as anyone else’s. No one knows what is going to happen with any of these teams, so there is no use in arguing over them before the season has even begun.
