So far
no more than 1 of any seed has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. We have a 1 (UK), a 2 (KSU), a 3 (Baylor), a 5 (Butler), 6 (UT), a 9 (N. Iowa), a 10 (St. Mary’s), and an 11 (UW). Obviously this will change today, but there’s still a chance to add a 4, an 8, and a 12.
But, more importantly, BOILER UP! With pancakes.

Although it’d be cool to see every seed from 1 through 12 represented, I’ll still be pulling for Wisconsin. I’d love to see the Big Ten 8-1 after the first weekend while the mighty Big East limps into the Sweet Sixteen with only 2 or 3 teams.

I vote for running and pressuring like mad
According to TMill’s write up they have only three guards that get minutes, while we have LewJack, Barlow, Moore, Grant, Hart, Smith, and Wohlford that we can throw at them. I’d like to see Painter substitute liberally in the 1st half and have whoever’s in there go balls to the wall to try to push A&M’s offense out to midcourt. If they can’t get the ball into the frontcourt reliably, that negates their advantage there. Might also have to see Byrd play some decent minutes to handle some of their smaller forwards.
On offense, I say run. I’ve heard A&M is athletic, but JJ’s certainly not slow, and our guards can push it. Our best chance is to tire them out, and given that our halfcourt offense hasn’t been stellar since Robbie’s injury, trying to score points in transition is a good idea for more than one reason.

Not really. We don’t do TV/Radio spots too often, and when we do, it is usually testimonials. Plus, the clients we have are afraid of being creative right now due the the economy in the region.

I worked for Insight before they got bought by Comcast. I have a friend that is very lucky to still work there. He said they paired down their statewide production staff from 19 to 4 int he past two years. I did mostly the writing and meeting with clients to manage production, but I feel like I could do pretty much anything that needed writing.

barbasol is close, and 99% of the budlight/miller lite commercials are worthless… but enterprise has the biggest gomer-looking actors and kids in their ads. and they haven’t changed i swear in 10 years.

If you go back through this year… and last year’s tournament… we have played, and beat, N. Iowa, Michigan State, Tennessee, Ohio State, Washington, and West Va. (if they win). And, If you go back two years NCAA tournaments, Baylor. They are all in the Sweet 16 this year. I hope we are, too!
