Anyone watching the Boilermakers in Chicago?
Hello! Just wondering where the Chicago peeps belly up to watch the Boilermakers. When I first moved to town there were a few places that I knew of to check out the games with other Purdue fans (Durkins in Lincoln Park and The Dugout in Wrigleyville), but neither is Purdue affiliated any longer. I've driven by Clybar several times and noticed a few Purdue signs out front, not sure if they're affiliated with an alumni club or what. Any how, I'm just looking for a Purdue(ish) place in Chicago to watch the games with others, any ideas?

The Bar scene
in Chicago is not Boilermaker friendly. I actually end up watching the games with a couple friends at home. However, I did find a Purdue bar in Park Ridge for the Big Ten tournament games last year. Can’t remember the name of it off the top of my head though.
agreed...
You’re right, it’s not overly friendly Purdue friendly here. I’ll be going to Indianapolis for the Big 10 tourney, but wouldn’t mind finding a place in Chicago to see the NCAA.
