Predicting Big Ten Basketball Standings

A bunch of buddies and I get together every year and play a game to predict the Big Ten final basketball standings (and other leagues). We assume one big division, we take eight teams only and use conference records only. Here are my predictions, in order. Please weigh in if I am off my rocker:

Michigan State or Ohio State, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Purdue, Northwestern, Indiana

I need all the help I can get. Every morsel of opinion helps, especially from Purdue folks. Seems like other people know the least about you guys.

last nights loss doesn't help our cause but...

I’d never put Purdue (even without what’s his name – jk) that far down. Just can’t count them out. I don’t even know how to back that up. I’d say a two way tie for first (OSU and MSU) and then Purdue next. Then Wisc, Minn, Ill, NW, IU. I always go with my heart, so I know this probably isn’t very helpful:) Good luck with your pool.
