I, for one, was looking forward to the new Alstott and Brees throwback jersey's coming out this fall. I'm kind of a uniform geek. But after finding a picture of the Alstott one, I should have known that Nike would find a way to mess it up. First an actual game action shot of Mike in his home Purdue Uni. (Pay attention to the colors of both Purdue and his number, as well as the size of both......)

Okay....
1. "Purdue" on the chest WAY TOO SMALL!
2. Numbers on front and back WAY TOO BIG!
3. Colors are supposed to be "Gold surrounded by White", not the other way around.
4. Pretty sure they didn't have names on backs of jerseys.
That's not a throwback!!! It's the current home jersey with a "Purdue" slapped on the front and his name slapped on the back.
I'm hoping the Brees one is at least close to the original.
