Hey, Kats. What is the rumor surrounding Hamga? I haven't heard anything about him.... and no Hummel tonight.

by HartPU on Jan 6, 2009 9:03 PM EST reply actions

I had just heard we were in the running and he had visited us. Beyond that it is a dream.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:04 PM EST reply actions

Having some beef in the middle that could clean up the glass sure would be nice.

by HartPU on Jan 6, 2009 9:06 PM EST reply actions

Kramer is at least going to try and play, though how much does a hurt Kramer help?

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:06 PM EST reply actions

Pathetic crowd for Penn State tonight. That's embarassing. Grab the damn ball! that's five offensive rebounds on one posession.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:08 PM EST reply actions

It doesn't help a whole lot. Part of me wishes he would just rest his foot this game.

Giving them 5 chances at the hoop is not a good way to start.

by hartpu on Jan 6, 2009 9:08 PM EST reply actions

We're just getting out-worked.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:10 PM EST reply actions

Nice move, bad finish!

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:14 PM EST reply actions

First TV timeout: Well, about the only good thing we've done was LewJack's fake to the basket. Even that had an awful finish.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:15 PM EST reply actions

Thank you, JaJuan!

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:18 PM EST reply actions

We might want to put a guy on Pringle, I'm just saying...

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:18 PM EST reply actions

Come on guys, we can still get this thing. Just settle down and play D.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:21 PM EST reply actions

BOBBY BUCKETS!!!!

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:21 PM EST reply actions

Why the F*** do we refuse to box out? Put your ass in their gut guys!!!!

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:22 PM EST reply actions

2nd TV timeout 21-10. Calasan came to play tonight. It almost feels like we're exerting so much on defense that we relax when the shot goes up. That puts us out of position for the board.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:24 PM EST reply actions

About time Keaton Grant hit a 3. Is he heating up?

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:29 PM EST reply actions

Marcus Green owes us three points. he should have had that rebound with four black shirts around him and four Penn state guys running to the other end of the floor. Just grab the damn ball.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:36 PM EST reply actions

Big shot by Ryne Smith. We're living by the three, but we need to go inside. ic an't beleive we're running Johnson on the high post.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:40 PM EST reply actions

Will someone please inform me when we stopped teaching guys to box out.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:42 PM EST reply actions

4th TV timeout 37-30 Penn State. We've fixed things defensively except on the glass. Our patchwork offense is even starting to work. Smith and Riddell are playing some solid minutes. That will only help for later.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:44 PM EST reply actions

Okay, whoever from the Paint Crew went to this game, you have my UNDYING respect. Especially so since school is back in session.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:47 PM EST reply actions

I'd hate to see the team bathroom for us. There is probably piss all over the walls because these guys can't hold on to their junk.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:51 PM EST reply actions

Three opportunities to get it under six = three turnovers.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:52 PM EST reply actions

Disjointed on offense, getting owned on the glass, making mistakes at the absolute wrong times, and we cannot simply grab the ball.

Yet we're still in this.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 9:55 PM EST reply actions

I think its about time for Moore to take over a game, right?

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:08 PM EST reply actions

Moore has the ability to. This team is dying for us to just pound the ball inside to Johnson and Calasan, yet we have them playing 20 feet from the basket.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:09 PM EST reply actions

Our lack of ability to contain the dribble drive is killing us this year..

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:16 PM EST reply actions

A threshold crossed: we got it under 6!

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:17 PM EST reply actions

Calasan did exactly what we have needed to do this whole game.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:18 PM EST reply actions

There we go.. Moore baby!

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:23 PM EST reply actions

Tough shot by Pringle. I didn't like E'Twaun's 3 before it.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:25 PM EST reply actions

Not a good time to go cold.. Cant let them get the momentum back

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:25 PM EST reply actions

Moore needs hte ball more. I really hope Painter is telling them we're not required to shoot 3-pointers over a 2-3 zone. It's not even a true 2-3 they're playing.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:26 PM EST reply actions

DonPardo, you continue to be right.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:29 PM EST reply actions

money

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:29 PM EST reply actions

HUGE to get the lead before this TV timeout.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:30 PM EST reply actions

We are not giving up offensive rebounds right now which is huge.. Also forced 5 TO's to our none.. I think we have finally settled down and that has a lot to do with Moore looking to lead this offense.. We are not getting jittery and quick for ourselves....

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:32 PM EST reply actions

Agreed. We just need to keep it up for 10 more minutes.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:36 PM EST reply actions

Killer time to not box out.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:38 PM EST reply actions

these touch fouls are getting ridiculous.. let them play...

Johnson is really getting dominated all game long...

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:39 PM EST reply actions

Yeah, Johnson has struggled mightily. As long as we can weather this cold spell and score on this possession we will be fine.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:45 PM EST reply actions

We have had way too many empty possessions. We need a score.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:47 PM EST reply actions

i think its time for grant to hit a big shot...

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:47 PM EST reply actions

I don't care if Painter himself finds anotehr year of eligibility and hits it himself, as long as someone hits it.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:49 PM EST reply actions

Keaton Grant is such a liability right now.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:53 PM EST reply actions

10-0 run. we haven't scored in over 6 minutes.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:54 PM EST reply actions

This team is very frustrating.. We had about a 6 or 7 minute period there we had very good offensive movement and shot selection.. And the last 6 or 7 minutes it has looked like we have never played together before..

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 10:56 PM EST reply actions

I just can't beleive that sequence.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 10:58 PM EST reply actions

Thank you LewJack for hitting a shot.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 11:01 PM EST reply actions

LewJack times 2!!!! Hell of a play by Chally.

by T-Mill on Jan 6, 2009 11:04 PM EST reply actions

I like Painter.. but it really seems like the last 12 minutes of a game he absolutely refuses to substitute.. When we hit the cold stretch I would have liked to see him insert Smith of Riddell..

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 11:05 PM EST reply actions

Finally a loose ball situation that went our way!!

by DonPardo on Jan 6, 2009 11:06 PM EST reply actions

Ballgame. Thanks to everyone who stopped by.
